Complaints Procedure

Every complaint however large or small will be dealt with both confidentially and informally.

However, if complaints cannot be resolved at school/college level a clear and simple procedure is available to enable young adults and their parents/carers to raise concerns.

Information on this procedure and the name of an independent person to help resolve the complaints can be obtained from the school/college.
