Celebrating National Careers Week 2021

In support of National Careers Week (NCW), we are releasing a number of  videos to celebrate our involvement.

NCW is a celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK. The aim is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support young people leaving education.

MONDAY

Here is a video of with our Supported Intern Will talking about one of his jobs.

At Wargrave House we are lucky to be surrounded by beautiful trees but, as we all know, in Autumn/Winter clearing them can be a daily job! As part of his roll Will has been using a Billy Goat Leaf Collecting machine throughout the season to tackle the problem. Here he is explaining how it works.

TUESDAY

Here is another video of Will, our supported intern at Wargrave House. Will has a number of jobs he completes every week to help keep things running smoothly, here is an a small insight into one of them.

WEDNESDAY

Video Number 3 finds our supported intern Will, helping our Maintenance guy out around the school and college. Vital work to ensure everything is where is should be when it’s needed!

THURSDAY

Video Number 4 in our series this week to support National Careers Week, we find Will, our supported intern, cleaning one of our minibuses, chilly but essential work at this time of the year!

FRIDAY

In our final video this week in support of National Careers Week we see Will, our supported intern, carrying out important weekly minibus checks! #NCW2021
